'Features' box has room for a complete description of features for the client. For example:
This 36" Sony flat screen HDTV includes HDMI, component and composite video inputs. Formats include 480p 780p and 1080i with enhanced 3:2 pulldown.

If you already have prices in another program, import them into Excel, then into BidMagicAV product tables with the included import wizard.

Professional Drawings:
To create professional drawings, we recommend Microsoft Visio Standard 2007, which works with CAD blueprints furnished by architects and builders ($259.00) and TurboCAD ($149). Racktools is a free program available free from Middle Atlantic. These can add to a professional presentation but do not directly integrate with BidMagic.

Requirements:
Pentium 4 or faster recommended. Windows XP or 2000 with 1 Gig Ram, Windows Vista with 1.5 Gig Ram. CD Rom for installation. MS Word 2003 needed to preview and edit reports.
Word 2007 needed to modify XML report templates (full functionality).
